We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility To be eligible for a full refund, items must meet all of the following criteria:

• Timeframe: Returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

• Condition: Unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.

• Original packaging: Returned with all original tags attached and in original packaging.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage (including stains, pet hair, or strong odors) will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

How to Start a Return

1. Visit our contact page and enter your order number and email address.

2. Securely pack your unwashed and undamaged item(s) and drop the package off at any designated carrier location.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
